The Performance Physical Therapy Difference

All 1-on-1, All The Time

In traditional outpatient clinics, you will generally see the Physical therapist for maybe 15-20 minutes, before being handed off to a rehab aide or tech and then put on a modality like E-stim and Ice. At Sustain Fitness and PT, we don’t utilize aides or waste time on things that don’t work. 60 minute sessions, directly with your Doctor of PT, working on getting you back to 100%.

A Program Designed For YOU

Every person is different, and so is every injury. That means that your rehab plan should be individualized to you. No cookie-cutter rehab programs here.

Each and every session will be focused on eliminating pain and getting you back to doing what you love. Your therapist will design a plan and a program that gets you back, sooner.

A Plan for When You Are On Your Own

Physical Therapy goes much further than the 1x per week session. All our clients receive access to a mobile app in which you’ll have video access to your injury homework, workouts, and cardio routines written up by your Physical Therapist. Having a plan is the biggest guide to success, and we fill in the gaps for outside of sessions.

In Performance Physical Therapy, we can take the time to see how the whole body is working together, and address imbalances and challenge you fully to help you address your pain and help you achieve your goals. No part of the body works alone, why should the rehab target one area?
